Free Returns and Exchanges Up To 30 Days
We want you to be completely happy with your merchandise from JORDAN WOLK. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, we will gladly accept your timely return of unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise for a full refund of the original purchase price. Items must be returned unused, in their original condition and with all tags attached. A prepaid shipping label is included in all orders shipped within the United States. We can only accept returns/exchanges for up to 30 days. Your return must arrive at JORDAN WOLK within 30 days of the date you received it. Please allow 7 days transit time for the return.
- STEP 1: Complete the return forms included in your order package and securely re-package your merchandise. Cover or remove any original mailing address labels or carrier barcodes from package.
- STEP 2: Affix the prepaid shipping label included in your order to your package.
- STEP 3: Drop off your package at a U.S. Postal Service mailbox or post office or visit www.ups.com/pickup to arrange for a free pickup.
- STEP 4: Refunds may only be issued in the same form as was utilized for payment. Once your package has been received at JORDAN WOLK, your refund will be processed within 5 business days. You will receive an email once your return has been processed.
